  • Direct access to me so I can help with any questions along the way
  • ProCoach platform where you can check in each day, read additional articles and resources, and additional accountability
  • A thorough intake call to go over your history, goals, health concerns, and routine and phone check-ins every two weeks. This way, we can see what's working and adjust your plan and action steps over time

Hi! I'm Gina. I'm a NASM-certified Personal Trainer and Women's Fitness specialist, Precision Nutrition coach, an author ("HIIT It!" and "HIIT for Women"), the founder of fitnessista.com, and the voice behind the Healthy In Real Life podcast.

After 12 years in the fitness industry, women and clients constantly tell me that they struggle with time, consistency, and motivation.
