Hi! I'm Mia, a registered & licensed dietitian nutritionist. I specialize in a "food as medicine" approach to nutrition.
I enjoy helping people of all ages with digestive health issues, food allergies & intolerances, autoimmune conditions like Hashimotos and celiac disease, insulin resistance, infertility & PCOS, women’s hormones, menopause, and treating those with chronic inflammation. I am a functional medicine-based RDN and focus on getting to the root cause of the issue with every client. Life is meant to be filled with health & vitality!
